Job Summary

Prepare, produce, and bake a variety of breads and bakery products following company recipes and schedules. Maintain consistent product quality, freshness, taste, and presentation while ensuring hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads and bakery products according to company recipes and production schedules to meet quality standards
• Bake products ensuring consistent freshness, taste, and presentation for customer satisfaction
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery to comply with food safety regulations
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

Working Hours and Requirements

Required to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays where necessary.

Working hours: 44 hours per week, based on the company's shift schedule.

Must be flexible and able to work according to the bakery's production requirements.
