Job Posting Description
Job Summary
The Warehouse officer plays a key role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for handling inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring that all our machines and products are properly stored, labeled, and prepared for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments (aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories).
Organize and maintain inventory with clear labeling and correct storage procedures.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy and care.
Assist with loading/unloading shipments and coordinating with delivery team.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Report damaged or missing stock to the supervisor immediately.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Support movement of machines and equipment.
Preferred Experience
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (3+ year preferred).
Basic understanding of handling sensitive or high-value equipment.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items required.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems (preferred).
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
Experience in the beauty, medical, or aesthetics industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of handling fragile or electronic equipment.
Candidate without relevant experience may apply and training will be provided.
Salary is determined by a combination of experience and relevant certifications/ skill.
