Job Summary

Lead the outlet team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while managing daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer service. Monitor sales performance, train staff, and support management with operational reports to ensure efficient and smooth outlet functioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outlet team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify and implement improvement strategies
• Oversee daily outlet operations, including managing customer service and resolving complaints effectively
• Manage staff scheduling, leave requests, and handle overall human resource matters to maintain optimal staffing
• Train and coach staff to enhance their performance and operational skills
• Ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations by coordinating team activities and resources
• Prepare and deliver reports and operational updates to support management decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven KPI achievements in a similar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective team leadership and customer interaction
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment
• Strong self-motivation and attention to detail to maintain high operational standards
