About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to support our client's manufacturing application systems and the implementation of the Global Lot Management (GLM) system. This role will focus on application support, system migration, testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain manufacturing application systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in GLM migration, data validation, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and support tools.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Document test procedures, test results, and system changes.
• Collaborate with business users, manufacturing teams, and global IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in IT application support, software development, or system analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database troubleshooting.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of MES and Lot Management systems.

Experience in system migration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
