We are seeking a results-driven and digitally savvy professional to manage and grow Ryan’s Grocery’s online presence and e-commerce business. The role is responsible for developing digital strategies, managing online sales channels, optimising the customer shopping experience, and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Job Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Handle product listings, pricing, stock levels, and store pages on sites like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Amazon.

Sales & Growth Strategy: Plan promotional campaigns, vouchers, and product launches to boost conversion rates and revenue.

Data & Analytics: Track web traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or platform dashboards.

Customer & Operations Support: Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory syncing, and customer service chats.

Website Optimisation: Monitor website performance and optimise the online shopping experience to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

AI and Automation: Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI to enhance content creation, campaign planning, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Market Research: Monitor competitors, digital trends, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for online business growth.

Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing; managerial experience preferred for the Manager position.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and web analytics.

Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, and data analysis.

Experience in grocery retail, FMCG, food retail, or online grocery delivery is an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
