About the role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and day-to-day wholesale operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, process sales transactions, coordinate product fulfillment, and manage client records. A successful candidate balances strong communication skills with technical product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Order Processing: Handle and input purchase orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices and serve walk in customers.
• Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding product availability, pricing, and order statuses.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels of hardware items and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics teams to arrange timely deliveries or pickups.
• Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with preparing reports, updating customer databases, and tracking daily sales performance.
• Vendor & Interdepartmental Liaison: Communicate with purchasing, finance, and shipping departments to resolve order discrepancies or delayed shipments.

About you

• Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience within the hardware, manufacturing, construction, or metals sectors is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in business software (e.g., Autocount and Microsoft Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
• Minimum O levels, proficiency in English.

Working Hours

Monday 8am to 5.30pm
Tues - Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am - 1pm

2 Saturday off per month

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
