Job Responsibilities:

Supervise stall staff and assign daily duties.
Arrange staff schedules, shifts and breaks.
Oversee food preparation and service to maintain quality and portion standards.
Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety requirements are followed.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies and minimise wastage.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
Manage cash handling, daily sales records and payment reconciliation.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
Train new staff and report operational issues to management.
Assist with cooking, serving and cashier duties when required.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in food stall or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Able to lead a team and manage daily stall operations.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety.
Able to manage stock, cash handling and basic sales records.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and assist with stall duties when needed.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Able to commit to a 6-day work week.
Relevant food safety certification preferred.
