Our client is an established real estate organisation headquartered in Singapore, with a strong global presence.

They are seeking a Retail Leasing professional to support the leasing strategy and performance of their retail portfolio, with a focus on securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies and maximising occupancy and rental income.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to improve occupancy rates and rental income across the retail portfolio.
• Manage new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals and tenancy-related matters.
• Identify prospective tenants and new business opportunities to strengthen the retail tenant mix.
• Conduct market research on competing properties, rental benchmarks and occupancy costs to support leasing decisions.
• Monitor occupancy rates, rental performance and tenancy matters, preparing reports and updates for management.
• Assist with annual rental budgets, rental forecasts and monthly management reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to support leasing activities and portfolio performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or a landlord/REIT environment.
• Good understanding of retail leasing processes, lease negotiations and tenancy management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and secure prospective tenants.
• Established retailer contacts or the ability to develop and maintain retailer relationships.
• Good analytical, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• EAA/RES certification, if required for the specific duties of the role.

• Salary : up to S$6,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
