JobResponsibilities

1. AccountsPayable (AP)

- Assist in processing supplier invoices,payments and related AP transactions.

- Verify supporting documents and assist withsupplier statement reconciliations.

- Assist in AP related tasks as assigned.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Assist in issuing sales invoices, recordingreceipts and sending monthly SOA to customers.

- Support customer account reconciliationsand follow up on outstanding balances.

- Assist in AR related tasks as assigned.

3. General Ledger (GL) and accountingsupport

- Assist with journal entries, reconciliation and other GL-relatedmatters.

- Assist with audit, tax schedules, otheraccounting related matters and ad hoc assignments as assigned from time totime.

4. Staff Claims

- Process and verify staff expense claims,ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting documentationrequirements.

- Assist in preparing staff claims forpayment and maintaining proper records.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalentqualification.

- Preferably 2 years of relevant accountingexperience.

- Basic knowledge of AP, AR, GL andaccounting principles.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Business Central is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Meticulous, responsible and well-organised,with good attention to detail.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
