Responsibilities

Enter inventory movement data accurately to maintain up-to-date records

Monitor goods movement and inspect product quality to ensure compliance with standards

Perform warehouse handling activities including organizing stock and conducting annual stock-taking for inventory accuracy

Use tools and instruments to pick and pack products efficiently for order fulfillment

Maintain cleanliness and organize data records to support warehouse operations

Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

N level or higher qualification or other relevant certifications

Ability to communicate fluently in English to coordinate with team members and document processes

0-2 years of relevant warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with warehouse tasks

Proactive attitude with willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute innovative ideas

Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Proficiency in Excel and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage data and inventory
