We are hiring on behalf of our client for a
Junior HR Officer – Payroll
to support monthly payroll processing and day-to-day HR administration. This is a good opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is looking to further develop their HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner for approximately 100 employees or more
Maintain accurate employee and payroll records
Handle payroll-related enquiries and provide HR administrative support
Assist with statutory submissions and payroll-related documentation
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with work pass applications and renewals, where required
Support other HR administrative duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll or HR operations
Hands-on experience processing payroll for approximately 100 employees or more
Good attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
Comfortable handling numerical information and confidential employee records
Good organisational and administrative skills
Able to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with work pass applications and MOM processes will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
