key responsibilities:

Drive product growth, execute go-to-market campaigns, and lead end-to-end commercial marketing strategies across assigned product portfolios.

• Design and execute localized campaign roadmaps aligned with key commercial and promotional windows.
• Manage launch strategies for new product lines, overseeing asset creation, media execution, and agency relationships.
• Develop localized content, influencer partnerships, and Public Relations initiatives tailored to consumer lifestyle habits.
• Manage category budgets and monitor campaign performance metrics across demand and conversion channels.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to ensure aligned channel distribution and optimized shopper touchpoints.

qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, campaign delivery, or product marketing for a fast-growing consumer brand.
• Proven track record of independently initiating and executing campaigns to drive tangible business outcomes.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage complex timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
• Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage agencies, brief external partners, and drive brand initiatives.
