·       Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

·       Minimum 3 years’ relevant accounting experience.

·       Strong experience in full-set accounts.

·       F&B/restaurant accounting experience is an advantage.

·       Proficient in Excel and accounting software such as AutoCount/SQL.

·       Good knowledge of SST, e-Invoicing and Malaysian statutory requirements.

·       Analytical, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

·       Able to meet month-end deadlines and work in a fast-growing environment.

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Finance team and take charge of full-set accounting for our restaurant business.

You will work closely with Management and Operations to strengthen financial reporting, controls and processes as we expand the business.

What You’ll Do

·       Manage full-set accounts – AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

·       Handle daily restaurant sales, cash, POS, e-wallet and payment reconciliations.

·       Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L and financial reports.

·       Manage month-end/year-end closing and ensure timely reporting.

·       Monitor sales, collections, food cost, inventory and operating expenses.

·       Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.

·       Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers and relevant authorities.

·       Ensure compliance with SST, e-Invoicing and Malaysian statutory requirements.

·       Strengthen financial controls and identify discrepancies or cost leakages.

·       Provide financial analysis and support Management in business decisions.
