Basic skills in Canva, video editing and content creation.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Good communication skills in Chinese & Malay.

Organized, responsible and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Create social media content, including graphics, videos, captions and marketing materials.

Manage and update Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and company website.

Assist with video shooting, editing and content publishing.

Manage marketing leads, customer databases and sales follow-up status.

Support digital advertising and monitor marketing performance.

Conduct market, competitor and content trend research.

Support company and personal branding activities.

Assist with exhibitions, roadshows and other marketing events.

Prepare marketing reports and maintain marketing materials.
