Daily Operations

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety practices across the Head Office and branch operations.

Financial Reporting

• Review financial and operational reports submitted by relevant personnel.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, as well as management reports.
• Provide management with updates on overall business performance, including turnover, revenue, cash flow, and other key financial indicators.

Budgeting and Cash Flow Management

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of company budgets and cash flow projections.

Compliance and Process Management

• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure finance and accounting activities comply with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.
• Administer and maintain effective accounting controls, including credit control and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures under the QHS Management System.

External Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, and government authorities on finance-related matters.

Systems and Data Management

• Monitor accounting systems and ensure proper maintenance of financial data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
