Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • Value all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties

  • Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports

  • Liason with bankers, clients and relevant parties

  • Build good relationships with clients

  • Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely and complete reports

 Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Property / Real Estate

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Able to work independently

  • Excellent communication

  • Strong organisational, time-management abilities & positive attitude

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Possess own transportation
