Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Grocery Pickers & Packers. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer grocery orders accurately and efficiently in a clean, air-conditioned environment.
Responsibilities
Pick grocery items accurately based on customer orders
Pack orders neatly and securely, ensuring items are handled with care
Check items for quality, expiry dates and damage before packing
Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Follow company hygiene, safety and operational procedures
Requirements
Willing to work 12-hour shifts
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Able to lift and carry grocery items
Attentive to detail and able to work at a steady pace
Team player with a positive attitude
No experience needed; training will be provided
