This role will work closely with cross-functional technical teams, deployment partners, external logistics vendors, command system managers, and organizational stakeholders to ensure daily manpower operations, physical deployment blueprints, strict security compliance codes, and protective services objectives are delivered according to agreed schedules, structural frameworks, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate auxiliary security deployment projects, workforce operations assessments, and frontline leadership workflows from initial planning through execution.
  • Develop manning tracking logic layouts, baseline deployment milestones, integration implementation matrices, and operational security deployment blueprints.
  • Coordinate closely with executive management, senior commanders, logistics specialists, systems administration, and back-office operations teams.
  • Monitor project progress, digital asset and equipment inventories, operational manpower costs, tracking timelines, and key structural security deliverables.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients, security systems technicians, external venue operators, independent suppliers, and key enforcement stakeholders to maintain absolute operational alignment.
  • Review documentation requirements, technical deployment data sheets, incident diagnostic logs, deployment layout files, and related regulatory validation files.

  • Monitor installation, database command dashboard testing, digital API interface configuration, and formal operational leadership handover activities.
  • Identify operational risks, security deployment variances, resource bottlenecks, and potential dispatch delays and coordinate appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct operational review meetings and prepare comprehensive execution summaries, workflow validation schedules, incident tracking files, and management reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure deployment and site security activities are carried out in accordance with relevant statutory laws, Private Security Industry regulations, Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines, and international quality certifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, operational force registry logs, database incident records, and tracking files throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Support improvements to security operational delivery pipelines, multi-disciplinary tactical coordination, and continuous leadership process workflows.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Security/Crisis Management, Criminology, or a related applied technical discipline.
  • Experience in technical operations leadership, large-scale security project execution, auxiliary force coordination, system troubleshooting, or related advisory pipelines.
  • Good understanding of structural operational architecture, root-cause incident analysis, capability force testing models, and technical cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with enterprise database software, specialized security command logging systems, organizational tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), or modern spreadsheet engines.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, relationship alignment, and stakeholder management skills under strict operational and situational pressure.
  • Good analytical and systematic structural troubleshooting abilities with extreme attention to deployment details, logistics, and compliance metrics.
  • Able to manage multiple operations and enforcement activities simultaneously and execute tasks according to tight, agreed project timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, common workforce management software, and standard project tracking tools.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary site operators, public sector agencies, external contractors, or cross-functional team leaders will be a distinct advantage.
