Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to on boarding.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Prepare and publish job advertisements through various recruitment channels.

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and networking.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, experience, and cultural fit.

Hiring & Onboarding

• Manage pre-employment documentation and onboarding processes.

• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Employer Branding

• Support employer-branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns and social media platforms.

• Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.

• Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.

• Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring progress reports.

• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market trends.
