Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
Support daily procurement operations, including Goods Receipt (GR) processing in SAP.
Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and follow up on compliance-related matters.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Prepare reports, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials.
Support process improvement and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with regional and global teams on procurement-related activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, shared services, or business support.
Experience with SAP, Goods Receipt (GR) processing, or procurement systems is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Experience in reporting, documentation, or process improvement is an advantage.
