We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive engineering excellence, design scalable cloud solutions, and shape the future of cloud and AI capabilities within a global technology environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and operation of scalable, high-quality platform services.
  • Drive software engineering standards, architecture, and best practices.
  • Build and optimize cloud-native microservices on AWS.
  • Champion DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement, system performance, scalability, and operational excellence.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (CGPA above 3.0).
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java 17+, concurrency, multithreading, reactive programming, and JVM optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, WebFlux, REST APIs, and OpenAPI.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services, including ECS, DynamoDB, Aurora, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Lambda.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as RestAssured, TestContainers, WireMock, and LocalStack.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
