We are looking for friendly, energetic and responsible Part-Time Store Assistants to join our ME Games team!

Our entertainment venue offers a variety of activities, including board games, gaming, mahjong and DIY Perler Bead crafts.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a positive attitude and is passionate about creating a fun and welcoming experience for our customers.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Reception

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Introduce our games, activities, packages and promotions.
• Assist customers with enquiries, reservations and walk-in bookings.
• Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp messages, online enquiries and phone calls.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues.

2. Games & Activities Assistance

• Assist customers with board games, mahjong, gaming activities and DIY Perler Bead crafts.
• Explain game rules and guide customers on how to use equipment.
• Set up and organise games and activity areas before and after use.
• Ensure all games, accessories and equipment are properly maintained.
• Monitor activity areas and provide assistance whenever needed.

3. Cashiering & Payment Handling

• Process customer payments accurately, including cash and cashless transactions.
• Handle cashiering, billing and booking records.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and transaction records.
• Assist with end-of-shift cash reconciliation and reporting.

4. Store Operations & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, tidy and comfortable environment.
• Organise game equipment, supplies and activity materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support other daily operational tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual, honest and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable answering customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Able to handle payments and basic cashiering accurately.
• Proactive, attentive and willing to assist customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail or entertainment venues is an advantage, but not required.
