Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Information Technology Support Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, systems, technical support and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and efficiency of the company's IT operations while providing strategic IT support to business operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the company's overall IT infrastructure, systems, networks, servers and IT operations.

2. Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures and technology improvement plans.

3. Oversee IT technical support, troubleshooting, system maintenance and incident management.

4. Manage cybersecurity, data protection, network security, backup and disaster recovery arrangements.

5. Lead IT projects, including system implementation, software upgrades, hardware deployment and digitalisation initiatives.

6. Evaluate and recommend suitable IT solutions to improve operational efficiency and business productivity.

7. Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licences, IT budgets and procurement.

8. Ensure IT systems comply with relevant company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

9. Provide technical guidance and support to management and employees on IT-related matters.

10. Lead, supervise and develop the IT support team to ensure effective service delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 15–20 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with experience in a managerial or leadership position.

3. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.

4. Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, data protection and disaster recovery.

5. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking and IT service management.

6. Proven experience in managing IT projects, vendors and technical support operations.

7. Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple IT projects and provide effective technical solutions to business requirements.
