Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology or any related field
• Intake NOV, DEC 2026 OR JAN 2027 and is available for 3, 6, or 9 months
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Keen interest in learning new technologies and methodologies within the data analytics space
• Preferred experience with database management systems or exposure to business process analysis

About the role
Pingspace is looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst Intern to join our team in Penang. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to analyse client data, support business analysis, and study warehouse operations to find ways to improve performance. You’ll gain hands-on experience on real projects, using AI tools like Claude to clean data, uncover insights and present findings clearly. It’s a great opportunity to build practical analytics skills while making a real impact on how our clients run their warehouses.

Intake: November 2026, December 2026 & January 2027

Responsibilities:

• Clean, organise and analyse client data to ensure accuracy and usability
• Analyse warehouse operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support business analysis by mapping processes and gathering requirements with internal teams and clients
• Build clear reports and dashboards to present findings
• Use AI tools (Claude) to speed up analysis, reporting and documentation
