As a BIM Modeler (M&E / Industrial Projects), you will be responsible for the following duties

• Develop and maintain Building Information Modelling (BIM) models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, process piping and associated building services.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with various engineering disciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings based on BIM models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Update BIM models according to site modifications, revised drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, established standards and quality requirements.
• Support project coordination and documentation to facilitate timely project completion.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant BIM modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
