Our Client, is a well-established Singapore-based food and beverage company with over 70 years of experience in sourcing, production and distribution of consumer packaged goods, is inviting qualified candidates to join the position of Key Account Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop assigned modern trade accounts, including supermarket chains and retail partners.

• Build strong relationships with buyers, outlet personnel and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, including stock ordering and replenishment.

• Drive sales performance by achieving targeted sales volume and business objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand product presence within existing and new accounts.

• Develop account strategies based on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

• Present new product listings and coordinate product launches with retail partners.

• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.

• Lead and supervise merchandisers to ensure effective outlet visits, product displays and visual merchandising standards.

• Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and Operations teams to support business initiatives.

• Negotiate agreements, maintain sales records and prepare sales performance reports.

• Conduct market surveys and provide insights on competitor pricing, activities and customer feedback.

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.

• Analyze, evaluate and report to Sales and Marketing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or Sales

• Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade, FMCG, or key account management

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location                               : West Coast

Working Days/Hours          : Weekday, 8.30AM-5.30PM

Salary: $4500 basic + Bonus + Transport Allowance (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
