Role Description The Client Services Associate / Client Relationship Specialist / Partnerships Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, primarily through remote collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing timely customer support, coordinating service delivery across HR Learning Legacy offerings, and ensuring a positive client experience at every touchpoint. The role involves understanding client needs, preparing basic service proposals or summaries, tracking follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to address issues and optimize solutions. This position also supports partnership development by identifying collaboration opportunities, maintaining partner communication, and assisting with outreach or onboarding activities. The role is remote, requiring proactive communication, organized documentation, and a client-centered approach.
