Job Summary
Lead and manage restaurant and central kitchen operations, including staff hiring and training, inventory control, and compliance with safety standards. Drive performance improvements and revenue growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, and supervise staff including bartenders and waiters to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain stock and reduce waste
Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
Implement and monitor compliance with safety and sanitation standards and legal requirements
Develop and execute strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency
Identify and develop revenue opportunities through talent recruitment and promotional activities
Foster a positive work environment through coaching and team engagement initiatives
Adapt to work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills to support a cohesive work environment
Exhibit a proactive learning attitude to continuously improve job performance
Other Information
Location: Various Locations (Pandan Loop, Beauty World, Foch Road)
Working hours: 10.30am to 10.30pm (Shift Work)
Salary: $3000 - $5000
