Kerja Sepenuh Masa SALES PERSON ELECTRIC VEHICLES (EV) - e.MAS G-MART GROUP, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di APEG SYSTEM SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell e.MAS electric vehicles to potential customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries, explain vehicle specifications, features, benefits, pricing and available promotions.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to introduce customers to EV technology and vehicle performance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models based on their preferences and budget.
• Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries and potential buyers to convert prospects into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
• Assist customers with vehicle bookings, financing applications, trade-ins and related sales documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep updated on e.MAS product knowledge, EV technology, market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, promotional events and other marketing activities.
• Ensure all sales transactions and customer documentation are accurate and comply with company procedures.
• Coordinate with the Finance, Administration and Service Departments to ensure smooth vehicle registration and delivery.
• Provide regular follow-ups before and after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales leads and follow-up activities in the designated sales system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in automotive sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in automotive sales are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays or during promotional events when required.
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and automotive financing is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be able to conduct vehicle test drives.
• Able to work independently and meet individual sales targets.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
