As the Cross Solution Area Lead, you will be responsible for accelerating growth across the Southeast Asia Market Unit by creating, shaping, and converting opportunities that span multiple Solution Areas. You will help clients unlock greater business value through integrated solutions, AI-led transformation, Microsoft partnership alignment, and cross-practice collaboration.

This is a highly visible leadership role that brings together capability strategy, solutioning excellence, sales growth, Microsoft engagement, and talent development. You will partner with Market Unit leadership, Solution Area Leads, Advisory, Delivery, and Sales leaders to create and execute a portfolio-wide growth strategy that drives measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Drive Cross Solution Area Growth

• Define and execute the Market Unit cross-Solution Area growth strategy.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of multi-SA opportunities across direct and indirect channels.
• Increase client wallet share through integrated selling, cross-sell, and upsell motions.
• Drive portfolio-level revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

Lead AI-Led Transformation and Microsoft Alignment

• Own the portfolio-level Microsoft relationship and integrated co-sell agenda.
• Drive AI transformation across solutions, sales motions, and delivery practices.
• Align stakeholders across Avanade, Microsoft, and Accenture to convert opportunities into measurable growth.

Shape Integrated Client Solutions

• Partner closely with Advisory and Solution Area leaders to develop innovative, end-to-end client solutions.
• Lead cross-Solution Area solutioning activities that address complex client challenges.
• Improve win rates through stronger collaboration and solution integration.

Build Future-Ready Capability

• Define capability investment priorities across talent, certifications, solution assets, and emerging technologies.
• Guide capability development to support future market demand and growth objectives.
• Champion asset reuse and innovation across Solution Areas.

Enable Delivery Excellence

• Support integrated solution delivery across multi-Solution Area engagements.
• Ensure strong alignment between solutioning, sales commitments, and delivery outcomes.
• Promote delivery consistency and client satisfaction across complex engagements.

Develop Talent and Strengthen Leadership Collaboration

• Bring together Solution Area leaders, practice leaders, and GTM leaders around shared business priorities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Support talent planning, workforce readiness, and capability development across the portfolio.

Skills and Experiences

Business Leadership

• Proven success leading technology consulting or digital transformation businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Experience building and executing growth strategies across multiple business domains.

Microsoft and Partner Ecosystem

• Experience building strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Accenture, and technology ecosystem partners.
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud, AI, and digital transformation landscapes.
• Ability to align partner strategies with business growth priorities.

Solutioning and Delivery

• Deep consulting and solutioning experience across multiple technology domains.
• Ability to shape large, complex business transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and solution excellence.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience leading through influence rather than direct authority.
