Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Project Executive (Developer) di Adecco Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting project feasibility studies, including preliminary development planning, project viability assessments, development potential, and constraints analysis.
• Review land information, development proposals, planning requirements, and relevant regulations to support project planning and decision-making.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, local councils, government agencies, and external consultants on planning approvals, development applications, and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, town planners, engineers, and other consultants to ensure development proposals comply with authority requirements and planning guidelines.
• Monitor the progress of planning submissions, development orders (DO), building plans, and other relevant authority approvals to ensure timely approval.
• Assist in preparing project master plans, development schedules, and planning reports in line with project objectives and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and project stakeholders on development planning, project timelines, and approval requirements.
• Identify potential planning issues, regulatory constraints, and project risks, and recommend appropriate solutions to facilitate project implementation.
• Prepare feasibility reports, authority submission updates, progress reports, and presentations for management review.
• Monitor changes in planning policies, statutory requirements, and local authority guidelines that may affect ongoing or proposed developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Property Development, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property development, development planning, feasibility studies, or authority liaison.
• Experience in residential high-rise, commercial, or mixed-development projects will be an advantage.
• Familiar with local authority approval processes, development planning guidelines, and statutory submission requirements in Malaysia.
