School Operations Assistant x3

Salary: $2,250/month

Contract Duration: 1 year

️ Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2027

Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm

• Friday: 7:00am–3:30pm

• Includes a 30-minute lunch break. No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Requirements

• Able to understand simple English.

• Physically fit and healthy.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Open and close classrooms and learning resource rooms.

• Inspect school facilities, including toilets, and report faulty equipment or fixtures.

• Accompany contractors during inspections, maintenance and repair works.

• Provide feedback on cleaning and maintenance work.

• Support logistics for school events and functions.

• Perform traffic warden duties.

• Carry out other duties as assigned.
