Survey Verification Officer
to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate survey administration and validate completed survey data for accuracy and reliability.
Make outbound calls to respondents to verify and clarify survey information.
Review and verify completed survey cases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Provide professional and personalized assistance to respondents regarding survey-related matters.
Respond to enquiries professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.
Perform data entry, update survey statuses, and prepare reports for supervisors.
Support the team and contact service centre with administrative and coordination tasks.
Maintain high work quality while meeting established performance targets and KPIs.
Work proactively and independently to meet deadlines.
Adapt quickly to computer systems and relevant software applications.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with respondents.
Proficient in computer applications and data entry.
Able to work independently and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Previous experience in customer service, survey administration, data entry, or call centre operations is an advantage.
