About The Job
- Operates as an individual contributor reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Focuses on identifying new prospects, driving strategic growth, and defining account strategies for the Fragrances business.
- Partners with regional category teams and manages budgets to meet sales revenue targets.
- At least 5 years of commercial sales background in fragrances industry.
- Proven success in revenue generation and key account management.
- Strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, with a focus on delivering results.
