Job Description
- Lead the Accounting & Finance function and set clear priorities for finance activities.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business planning and decision-making.
- Review financial information to maintain accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.
- Develop budgets and forecasts that give the business a clear view of financial performance.
- Monitor financial results and explain key movements to relevant business stakeholders.
- Improve finance processes to strengthen reporting quality and support efficient operations.
- Work with business leaders to align financial plans with operational requirements.
- Provide finance leadership for the Industrial / Manufacturing business in Kulim
A Successful Finance Director - Malaysia Should Have
- Strong capability in leading Accounting & Finance activities.
- Experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to interpret financial results and present clear findings to business leaders.
- Sound knowledge of finance processes and financial controls.
- Ability to improve reporting processes and maintain accurate financial information.
- Confidence in working with operational teams to support business planning.
- Permanent employment contract.
- Monthly salary of MYR 30,000 to MYR 35,000.
