Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 
• Previous experience in FMCG or merchandising is an advantage. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willing to travel to assigned outlets. 
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence. 
• Physically fit and comfortable with travelling and setting up product displays. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Merchandiser to ensure our products are well-presented, properly stocked and effectively promoted across assigned outlets. The role will work closely with the Sales team to maintain strong in-store execution and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain product displays according to planograms and merchandising guidelines. 
• Ensure product availability and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) situations at assigned outlets. 
• Maintain proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and check product condition. 
• Execute promotions, secondary displays and in-store merchandising activities. 
• Verify product pricing and promotional materials are accurate and properly displayed. 
• Support in-store activations, including setting up displays and assisting with promotional activities. 
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans. 
• Conduct regular outlet visits and provide updates on stock, displays, promotions and competitor activities where required.
