Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Halal Executive to manage and ensure the company’s Halal compliance and certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Halal certification applications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
• Maintain and update Halal records, procedures, and the Halal Assurance System (HAS).
• Prepare and submit documents through the MYeHalal system.
• Monitor raw materials, suppliers, products, and supporting Halal certificates.
• Conduct Halal compliance checks at production sites and branches.
• Coordinate internal and external Halal audits and follow up on findings.
• Liaise with JAKIM, JAIS, and other relevant authorities when required.
• Provide Halal guidance and awareness to relevant departments and employees.
• Ensure all Halal-related documents and records are properly maintained.
• Support other Halal and compliance-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
