Job Summary

HYDROAXYS is seeking a hands-on and motivated Technician with basic knowledge or practical exposure to air-conditioning or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems. The successful candidate will support equipment installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting while working closely with the technical team.

Job Description

• Assist with the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment, including air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Assist senior technicians in identifying faults, troubleshooting technical issues and replacing faulty components under supervision.
• Maintain accurate service records, complete maintenance checklists and report equipment issues and work progress to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, handle tools and testing equipment correctly, and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, diploma or relevant vocational qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in technical servicing, maintenance, air-conditioning or HVAC work are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of air-conditioning or HVAC systems is required. Relevant practical training, internships or industrial placements are accepted for fresh graduates.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and testing instruments, with an interest in troubleshooting and practical problem-solving.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and willing to learn, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
