Name of Authority: Woodlands Ring Secondary School
Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
Option period: 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Monitor and follow up on student attendance and latecoming; escalate persistent cases to relevant school personnel.
2. Assist with daily discipline duties and procedures, and document and follow up on cases as directed by the Discipline Committee.
3. Support and oversee intervention programmes for at-risk students, monitor their progress and accompany school staff on home visits.
4. Patrol the school compound and surrounding neighbourhood, and promptly report safety concerns or suspicious behaviour.
5. Assist with smoking and vaping cessation programmes, and monitor and deter smoking and vaping in and around the school.
6. Maintain records of incidents, interventions and student progress, and provide administrative support for committee activities.
7. Perform other duties assigned by the school.

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
Option period: 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
- Exact working hours will be confirmed by the school upon contract award.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
- At least four years of relevant work experience in a secondary school, preferably in student management, discipline or pastoral care.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate with students, staff and parents; good note-taking and documentation skills.
- Ability to engage students, monitor their well-being and follow up on interventions and activities.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills when working with youths.
- A firm, composed and professional approach to student behaviour, with sound judgement and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
