What You’ll Do:
Greet customers with a big smile and friendly energy
Help customers find the perfect collectible, answer questions, and give recommendations
Make sure the store is well-stocked, clean, and toy-shelf-perfect
Build genuine relationships with customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Any other ad-hoc as assigned
Who We’re Looking For:
Willing to work flexible shifts
Loves customer service and chatting about all things fun & collectible
Brings positive vibes, a cheerful attitude, and works great both solo and with a team
Communicates clearly and builds trust easily
