Job Description
Perform daily tasks: handle kitchen operations, floor (service operations) and the cutting area (fish cutting and ingredient preparation)
Handle daily opening and closing checklists
Coach and train junior crew, and handle recruitment and manpower management
Resolve customer complaints and feedback to deliver excellent service
Manage incident reports, food cost & wastage and make sure follow-up and documentation are done promptly
Order restaurant supplies and monitor inventory
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and sanitation standards, and maintain personal grooming
Prepare sales and operations reports for HQ
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the Kitchen area
Ensure food safety and high-quality hygiene standards
Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
Experience in a Sushi restaurant is an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to build teamwork
Self-motivated and disciplined with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and positive working attitude
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic command of English for communication
