Job Description & Requirements

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR & Monthly Closing
• Attend to Auditors’ queries and furnish the necessary documents/reports for the annual audit
• Prepare quarterly GST returns
• Day to day operation

HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll
• MOM work pass management
• Any other related and ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

Skill and knowledge:

• Min 3 years of working experience in full set of account with good exposure to GST computation;
• Meticulous and organized;
• Knowledge of SQL ,INFO-TECH an added advantage.
• Able to multi-task and work independently

Others

• Working hours from 8.30am to 6pm;
• 5 days work week
