About Panthera

Panthera is an international wealth management group focused on Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients with offices in London, the Cayman Islands and Singapore.

Panthera International Asia Capital Pte. Ltd. is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to provide fund management services to accredited and institutional investors.

Our Singapore team works closely with colleagues and service providers across the group. We value reliability, accuracy, teamwork and a practical approach to getting things done.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance & Fund Operations Executive to support the day-to-day accounting, administration and operational activities of our Singapore office.

This is a hands-on administrative and accounting role suited to someone who enjoys maintaining accurate records, following established processes and keeping financial information organised.

What makes the position distinctive is the opportunity to apply these skills in a fund management business, gaining practical exposure to investment fund administration, regulatory reporting and portfolio reporting systems.

Previous experience in fund administration is an advantage, but we also welcome fresh diploma graduates. Appropriate training and guidance will be provided, with overall responsibility and oversight remaining with the CEO and other senior colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

The responsibilities are primarily administrative and operational, spanning four areas:

1. Finance & Accounting Support

  • Assist with everyday finance activities, including invoices, expenses and financial records.
  • Help prepare financial information and coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
  • Support the team in keeping financial processes organised and running smoothly.

2. Regulatory Reporting

  • Assist in compiling data and preparing periodic MAS regulatory reports and surveys, under senior supervision.
  • Organise, reconcile and verify financial data and supporting documents for regulatory submissions.
  • Use Excel and, where appropriate, AI-assisted tools to help prepare reporting materials, while checking outputs for accuracy and completeness.

3. Investment Fund Operations

  • Support administration and reporting for six Panthera investment funds covering a range of investment strategies, including private equity, hedge funds, derivatives and venture capital.
  • Assist with checking fund reports, investment transactions and related records; use AI tools where appropriate to support routine checks and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with fund administrators, banks and other professional service providers.

4. Investment Reporting & Systems

  • Help maintain investment and client portfolio reporting systems.
  • Assist with updating, organising and checking investment-related data.
  • Explore ways to improve everyday processes using Excel, technology and AI tools.

Training and guidance will be provided. The CEO and other senior colleagues retain responsibility for supervision, review and final decisions.

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting & Finance, or a related discipline with a sound foundation in accounting.
  • Fresh diploma graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
  • Sound numerical skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles and financial records.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and willing to learn new systems and AI-assisted work tools.
  • Methodical, well organised and committed to producing accurate, consistent and properly documented work.
  • Enjoys detailed accounting and administrative tasks, with a genuine interest in investment and financial matters.
  • Reliable, collaborative and comfortable working with established procedures and recurring deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and a conscientious approach to handling financial information.

Prior experience in fund administration, fund operations or regulatory reporting is an advantage, but is not required.
