Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and creative Social Media Executive to join the Monbleu team. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and brand collaborations while working closely with both clients and our internal creative team. From content ideation and campaign coordination to account servicing and digital marketing execution, you’ll play an active role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies
  • Create, script, and produce engaging social media content across digital platforms
  • Develop creative concepts, hooks, and formats based on current social media trends
  • Assist in content shoots and provide creative direction to ensure quality execution
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices
  • Plan and execute influencer/KOL campaigns (sourcing, outreach, coordination)
  • Track campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support the team with ad-hoc creative tasks as required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content trends
  • Good communication and client management skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Experience with influencer marketing is a plus
  • Familiar with analytics tools (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics)
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
