Seeking a general litigation secretary with at least 2 years of experience in local law practices to provide legal and administrative support to lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support (e-Litigation) to lawyers in litigation cases to ensure efficient case management
• Manage documentation and correspondence related to legal matters to maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with senior partners to receive mentorship and guidance for professional development
• Support banking finance and corporate legal work to assist lawyers in diverse legal areas
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive legal information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in local law practices supporting lawyers in legal and administrative tasks
