We are looking for a Records & Data Entry Assistant to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives through data retrieval, verification, entry and the digitization of physical and digital records. If you have experience in data entry, records management, or data verification, this could be a suitable opportunity for you.

 Nearest MRT: Novena
 Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)
 Contract Duration: Immediate until September 2027

Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing digital transformation initiatives by digitizing physical records and improving data management processes.

• Review and process a high volume of physical and digital records for data retrieval, verification and entry.

• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation to maintain data integrity and support process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to understand documents, interpret information and clearly communicate any discrepancies or issues identified.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

• Good computer literacy, with the ability to navigate various systems, learn new software and troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.

• Prior experience in data retrieval, data verification and data entry.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
