Job Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain project documents, drawings and correspondence.
• Register, track and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintain document registers, revision records and submission logs.
• Ensure the project team uses the latest approved drawings and documents.
• Coordinate document submissions and follow up on outstanding reviews and approvals.
• Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist with the compilation of as-built drawings, handover documents and project close-out records.
• Follow client requirements and company document control procedures.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of document control experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Familiar with drawing revisions, document numbering and submission procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the project team.
• Experience in semiconductor facility projects is an advantage.
