Admin Assistant (Bookkeeping & Warehouse Support) Salary:

Part-Time: S$900 – S$1,300/month (8:45 AM – 12:30 PM)
Full-Time: S$2,000 – S$2,300/month
(Salary commensurate with experience)

Commitment: Part-Time or Full-Time available (Looking for 1 person only)

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage our dual responsibilities of basic bookkeeping and inventory handling. This hybrid role is perfect for commerce freshers or junior professionals who enjoy both administrative office work and hands-on logistics tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Payments: Prepare invoices and delivery orders based on client orders. Process online payments securely through the corporate banking system.
Logistics & Order Prep: Pack and prepare stock items according to daily delivery requirements. Hand orders over to the delivery personnel.
Inventory Control: Manage incoming shipments (inward checks) and organize storage. Maintain accurate stock cards and conduct regular physical balance counts.
Reporting: Assist in preparing simple monthly salary statements, stock statements, and other regular reports.
General Support: Undertake ad-hoc tasks incidental to warehouse operations and office administration.
Accounting on software Tally
GST filings
Liaising with Auditors and sorting the audit queries
Other incidental work

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Background or knowledge in Commerce/Accounting (Qualified or semi-qualified candidates are welcome).
Experience: Open to fresh graduates (Fresher) or individuals with 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with basic numerical calculations and digital banking platforms.
Physical Capability: Comfortable handling physical inventory in a warehouse setting.
