Full Stack Developer (Node.js & Angular)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Experience: 5+ years overall experience with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and/or Angular

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (primary skill) and Angular (secondary skill).
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
  • Take ownership of solution design, effort estimation, technical documentation, and architecture decisions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive project discussions, technical reviews, and development best practices.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth and people development.
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in Node.js development.
  • Good experience in Angular frontend development.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in either Node.js or Angular.
  • Experience in full-stack application development and RESTful API design.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, software design patterns, and modern development practices.
  • Experience in technical ownership, including solutioning, estimation, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing team members.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to independently drive discussions, workshops, and project engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale application development projects.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
