On behalf of our client, a prominent player in the servicing and engineering solutions industry, we are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented professional with strong order management and SAP experience. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the East of Singapore with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Manage quality support via email and phone ticketing systems, efficiently resolving inquiries, problems, and claims.
• Order Management: Process customer purchase orders into the system, allocate stock, and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Client Relations: Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback, promote new products to existing clients, and maintain close, positive relationships.
• Reporting & Operations: Create monthly activity reports and contribute to developing internal customer service policies or improvement initiatives.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in any field with 2–3 years of relevant experience in order processing, delivery arrangements, and client relationship management.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience using the SAP/S4 Hana SD module.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot tables, formulas).
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage stress effectively when dealing with demanding clients.
